Hi, I am Tresha.
I am a south asian female photographer based in London and Kent , United Kingdom. With a BSc in Optometry and a professional certificate in Medical retina, I am either working with lenses for the eyes or the camera.
My photography journey started for as long as I can remember back to. Started with taking photos travelling, then of family and friends which soon turned into fashion related shoots. I focussed more on portraiture and then ventured into maternity and newborn photography. I love capturing the emotions and love displayed in family sessions through my photos and this led to me being able to capture details, love and romance through couple shoots and weddings. Natural yet candid moments which display true emotion is my signature style and in turn create lifelong memories to treasure. Every wedding is unique: No two weddings will ever be the same!
I strongly believe in celebrating all marriages the same. Due to my culture, I am very familiar with traditional wedding and pre-wedding ceremonies – Indian and sri-lankan in origin. I have also captured many non – traditional western weddings including same-sex and elder couple marriages. I love to travel, and I am fortunate and grateful that even within the United Kingdom I have travelled to cover weddings from south in Cornwall, all the way north to Scotland. I am eagerly waiting to capture a destination wedding abroad this year and branch to many more magical destination weddings.
